Chobe Princess on the Chobe River
The three Chobe Princess houseboats are the smaller vessels of the Zambezi Queen Collection, on the same stretch of the Chobe River inside Chobe National Park. Each takes a small party, which is why whole boat charters suit families and groups travelling together. Children from seven are welcome, younger than on the Zambezi Queen. Guided game viewing and birding from the water, fishing and a village visit are included. Ichingo Chobe River Lodge, also part of the collection, is used as a land stopover. Dates and rates are confirmed by the travel advisor: the line quotes, invoices and takes payment in South African Rand, so the dollar figure here is a converted estimate rather than a quote. The figure shown is the December to February rate; March to November is higher.
