Ultimate Whale Sharks in the Sea of Cortez
Seven nights north from La Paz, July to October, diving by day and steaming overnight: Las Animas first, then Loreto National Park or Isla San Ildefonso depending on conditions, then Isla San Pedro Martir, where the operator holds one of only two permits in Mexico to go ashore. Day six is spent in the water with the whale sharks of Bahia de los Angeles by permitted local panga, and the last day at sea runs south past Mulege watching for pilot whales and dolphins. Check in at SeeCreatures Cabo by 4:30 pm for the included coach transfer to the ship in La Paz, and disembark in La Paz at 8 am with a transfer to a La Paz hotel, San Jose del Cabo airport or SeeCreatures included.
