Evening Wildlife Tour in Banff

Discover the wild side of Banff National Park on a small-group evening wildlife tour. Through some of the park’s most scenic landscapes, you can observe native animals up close during this guided experience. As the day winds down, head out with your local guide to explore some Banff wildlife viewing areas. Keep watch for elk, bighorn sheep, deer and other animals. Additionally, you travel through spectacular mountain landscapes during the quieter evening hours. The mountains take on a different atmosphere as the crowds begin to thin and the light changes across the Rockies. Depending on the season, your tour may also coincide with golden hour or sunset. Wildlife is wild, and sightings can never be guaranteed. That’s part of what makes each tour different. Your guide will use local knowledge and recent observations to choose the evening’s route and give you the best possible wildlife-viewing experience while respecting the animals and Parks Canada wildlife-viewing guidelines.
