Gombe National Park Chimpanzee Trekking

Gombe National Park is one of two Tanzanian national parks managed by TANAPA, and it is famous for its chimp population. It's a national park in Kigoma's outskirts, about an hour and a half by boat from Kibirizi port in Kigoma. This trip is well-known for immersing visitors in nature and introducing them to a more natural way of living. The park is bordered by lush woods on all sides, making it a delightfully pleasant place to visit. This national park is home to primates such as chimpanzees, monkeys, and colobus monkeys. The park is home to hundreds of bird species as well as thousands of plant and floral species. Kakombe, the park's stunning waterfall, is a must-see. A day tour must begin early in the morning, whilst an overnight tour must begin at roughly 10 a.m. at the Kibirizi boat port.
