Hobart to Launceston via Wineglass Bay - Active Tour

Travel from Hobart to Launceston in 1 day via Wineglass Bay & Freycinet National Park. An action packed day tour, with sensational scenery, Great Short Walks, and many scenic stops along the way. Departing Hobart, we travel via the seaside towns of Orford and Swansea as we make our way to Freycinet National Park. As we enter the Freycinet area, we have a brief stop at Freycinet Marine Farm famous for their fresh local oysters. Our main walk today is to the Wineglass Bay Lookout; this is a moderate uphill walk of around 60 minutes. Once at the top you are rewarded with that world famous view of Wineglass Bay and the surrounding Freycinet National Park. For our keen and active travelers, you can continue on the longer walk down to Wineglass Bay beach. Or, return to the trailhead with our guide and explore the other highlights of the area, Honeymoon Bay and the Cape Tourville Lighthouse and great short walk. We re-group ready for the return journey.
