Ayada Maldives

A private island in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll in the far south of the Maldives, a 55-minute domestic flight and a speedboat ride from Malé, with no neighbouring resorts in sight. Reef sharks are commonly found in the lagoon, stingrays and eagle rays gather near the arrival jetty, sea turtles turn up in the shallows, and fruit bats hang in the island's trees. A coral regeneration project with Seamarc lets guests adopt a coral for the reef, and there are spinner dolphin trips and a PADI dive center. Booked for you by an affiliated travel advisor.
