Celeste Mountain Lodge
An 18-room eco-lodge at 800 metres on the slopes of the Tenorio Volcano, bordering Tenorio Volcano National Park and the Rio Celeste, above the village of Bijagua. Every room looks southwest over the Tenorio and Miravalles volcanoes and the rainforest. A private trail runs into the lodge's primary forest, where howler and capuchin monkeys and toucans are often about, and the lodge runs its own night tour on the property. The kitchen cooks Tica-fusion, and breakfast is in the rate. Booked for you by an affiliated travel advisor.
