A timber country house and bungalows on a private reserve of more than 120 hectares of cloud forest at 1,700 metres, next to the Mindo-Nambillo Protected Forest and 300 metres before the turn into Mindo. Trails pass rivers, orchids and heliconias on the way to the lodge's own lake and waterfalls, a canopy trail climbs into the trees, and a Long-wattled Umbrellabird lek lies inside the reserve.
