Copal Tree Lodge
A boutique jungle lodge at Punta Gorda in southern Belize, between 16,000 acres of rainforest, 12,000 of them protected from deforestation, and the Caribbean Sea. It is also a certified organic farm and a distillery that makes Copalli Rum. Sixteen suites and a three-bedroom family villa each have floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony onto the forest, and the four adults-only Signature Canopy Suites share their own infinity pool and bar.
