Reserva Natural Tierra Adentro
A small private reserve and hotel at Marinka, near Minca in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, with cabins set in the forest among waterfalls and natural pools, at the end of unpaved roads that need a 4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle; the hotel helps arrange the transport. Six room types, two of them looking onto a waterfall, each have a sitting area, a private bathroom, a fridge and minibar and a coffee maker. The reserve grows its own organic coffee at 900 metres, and its guided tours visit the coffee plantations, a wildlife sanctuary and the Los Pinos viewpoint.
